4:00pm- 6:00pm	Baseline Concussion Assessment	Detroit Lakes High Schoollocation Baseline Concussion Testing in Computer Lab 107. Please choose a start time: 4pm 5pm 6pm This testing is for all 9-12 grade student-athletes, as well as middle school 7-8 grade athletes involved in the following activities: Soccer, Tennis, Cross Country, Swim & Dive, Gymnastics, Wrestling, Nordic Ski, and Girls Hockey. Baseline tests are good for 2 years and must be completed before a student can participate. If these dates do not work for you, please schedule an appointment with Tom the Athletic Trainer as soon as possible. If you are unsure if you need this test, please contact the DLHS office.
